Sunrise Home Inspection is a small family owned business. We opened in July of 2025, after 20 years of construction materials testing, commercial construction inspection, operations management and project management experience. We also have an education in construction, and had partial ownership of a regional engineering firm prior to opening Sunrise Home Inspection, LLC.

Having attained numerous certifications and an extensive education in the materials testing, inspection, and engineering industry, a shift in focus from large scale commercial construction to residential homes brings all of the knowledge of commercial construction to your new home. Our knowledge base encompasses virtually every aspect of construction. From carpentry and masonry to soils, concrete and asphalt, we have demonstrable experience and certification in virtually every aspect of your home's construction. Our commercial inspection and testing experience includes projects such as power plants, water treatment facilities, automotive manufacturing facilities, schools and churches, vast residential subdivisions, warehouses and distribution centers, multi-story residential towers, parking garages, bridges, light duty and heavy duty pavement, and even hospitals. 

Our experience includes performing the testing and inspections as well as managing a team of up to 40 field personnel and the logistics of scheduling hundreds of projects per week for clients. We also managed the reporting and report distribution, project budget, and all technical aspects of countless commercial construction projects. Unsatisfied with the typical home inspection reports, our reports were all designed in house utilizing this experience.
